Since 12 August 1973, Vietnam and France has reestablished a diplomatic relation building up on a sound basis of faith and friendliness. At this moment, Vietnam is developing strongly and France wants to progress the cooperative relation based on the ready ideal foundation. This year, the diplomatic relation between two countries sets a new benchmark of 40 years in existence. Thus, France-Vietnam Year has started in Vietnam (French season in Vietnam) and will last until the middle of 2014 (Vietnamese season in France). This program is highlighted by a series of events in a variety of sectors ranging from economy, culture, art creativeness, education and research, national defense, sports to architecture, fashion and design. Both France-Vietnam Year 2013 and Vietnam-France Year 2014 are going to be processed in large scales with the ambition that the two countries can understand each other better while showcasing the most temporary and creative aspects of their own.
The International Student Mobility Program at Hoa Sen University attracts an increasing number of international students, among who there are many French students.
